How do I schedule a pick-up?
Once you have packed your box and detailed its information within the app, you can schedule a UPS pick-up within the Space app as soon as the next business day.

Please note: Next day pick up is only available if scheduled before 5 pm the day prior.
When will UPS arrive for my pick-up?
We do not currently offer the option to set a specific pick up time. All pick-ups will be made between 9am - 5pm during the normal UPS delivery route. For instance, if they routinely deliver packages to your address around midday, that is when they will pick up your Space box. We currently offer scheduled pick-ups on weekdays only, excluding holidays.
Please note: that due to changes in package volume, inclement weather, or other unpredictable events, UPS may not always have a consistent or predictable schedule. You should ensure that your box is ready for pick-up in a safe location, or that you are available to hand over your box when UPS arrives at your location.
Where can I leave my box for pick-up?
Leave your Space box for pick-up in the location where UPS normally delivers packages at your residence. Check with your building manager or front office if you are unsure, as this may vary based on residence.
Important Note: You should only leave your Space box for pick-up if you feel it can be left in a safe location. Space is not liable for lost items if a customer has left a box unattended in a location that results in theft of the customer's box.
If you do not feel that there is a secure place to leave your Space box for a UPS pick-up, then you have the option to drop off your box at any UPS Store or Access Point. You can find the location most convenient to you here.
How does a drop-off work?
Dropping off your Space box could not be easier. It's free and there is no scheduling required. Simply visit your nearest UPS Store or Access Point during that location's normal business hours, and a staff member will scan the prepaid return shipping label on your box. You can opt to get a receipt if you would like to have a record of the tracking information. That's it.
Your box's tracking information will also appear in the Space app once the box is in transit.
