Have your space listed on multiple platforms? Keep things easy by syncing your hosting calendars! When a booking comes in from one site, the dates will be automatically blocked everywhere else—no more double bookings or scheduling headaches. Stay on top of your availability and make managing your space a breeze.
To import a calendar:
Go to the Calendar section and select the calendar for the space you want to update.
Click on Connect external calendar.
Choose to sync with Google Calendar or iCal.
👉 If you sync with Google Calendar:
Authorize Google to connect your calendar.
Select the Google Calendar you want to sync.
Click on Save.
Note: This option is ideal if you use Google Calendar as your primary tool to manage bookings and schedules.
👉 If you sync with iCal:
Copy a link ending in .ics from the other platform and paste it into the field from step 1.
Copy SpacePal’s iCal link and paste it into the other platform.
Click on Save.
Note: This option is ideal for users managing their spaces through iCal, such as Apple, Airbnb, Booking, or other platforms compatible with the .ics format.
How blocked dates appear across your calendars?
When you block dates—or they get booked on SpacePal—they’ll also show as blocked on your other connected calendars.
If a booking comes through another platform, the dates will be automatically blocked on SpacePal once synced. However, manually blocked dates on another calendar might not always carry over to SpacePal.
