We’re sad to see you go, but if you’ve made your decision, here are your options. If you’re a host, you can temporarily deactivate your listings and reactivate them later. Otherwise, you can permanently delete your account.
What happens when I delete my account?
If you’re a host, you can hide your spaces instead of permanently deleting your account. Here’s what will happen:
Hiding Your Spaces: Your listings will be hidden, meaning other users won’t be able to find or book your spaces.
Data Retention: SpacePal will keep your account data so you can reactivate it in the future.
Reactivating: To reactivate, go to Spaces > Edit Space and click on Publish.
How to permanently delete your account
If you choose to delete your account permanently:
Identity Verification: For security reasons, we will verify your identity before processing your request.
Data Deletion: We will permanently delete your personal data, except for information that we are legally required or permitted to retain, as stated in our Privacy Policy.
No Recovery: Once your account is deleted, you cannot reactivate it, recover data, or access it. If you wish to use SpacePal again, you will need to create a new account.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Email Us: Send an email to support@space-pal.com with the subject ‘I want to delete my SpacePal account’.
Reason: Mention the reason why you want to delete your account.
