What are the rules for posting content on SpacePal?

When you post content on SpacePal, you agree to comply with our content policy. This includes any written, photographic, audio, video, or other types of content:

  • Writing: Titles and descriptions of listings, profile pages, public and private reviews, comments, Community Forum posts, and messages to SpacePal, hosts, or guests.

  • Images: Photos and videos, and any images that appear within those photos and videos (such as a poster or a painting on the wall).

We reserve the right to partially or fully remove content that violates this policy, or to remove it for any other reason, at our sole discretion. If the violation is repeated or severe, we may also restrict, suspend, or terminate the corresponding SpacePal account.

Prohibited content on SpacePal:

  • Advertising or Commercial Content: Content created solely for advertising purposes or other commercial content, including logos, links, or company names.

  • Spam: Unsolicited communications or content that is repeatedly shared annoyingly.

  • Illegal or Harmful Content: Content that supports or promotes illegal or harmful activities, is sexually explicit, violent, obscene, or constitutes a threat or harassment.

  • Discriminatory Content: Content that discriminates.

  • Impersonation: Content that impersonates another person, account, or entity, including a SpacePal representative.

  • Illegal or Rights-Violating Content: Content that is illegal or violates the rights of another person or entity, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

  • Personal or Confidential Information: Content that provides personal or confidential information about another person, including information that could identify the location of a listing.

How to report content that violates our policy

If you believe certain content violates this policy, you can report it directly through the app or contact us.
