Here’s a quick rundown of the booking process on SpacePal in three simple steps:
Respond to inquiries: Clients will contact you to ask questions or arrange a visit. Respond quickly to improve your position on the platform.
Approve booking requests or send special offers: You have 48 hours to approve a booking request through the platform. You can send a special offer directly from the chat details if you've negotiated a special price.
Receive your payment: You’ll receive the full amount you set in your bank account. We charge the client an additional 12% service fee.

You’ll get a notification via email and SMS. You can view the dates, number of people, and event details. Respond quickly through SpacePal chat to boost your position in search results. It’s the perfect time to coordinate and ask questions.
You Receive a Booking Request
You’ll be notified via email and SMS. You have 48 hours to accept or reject it from the booking section or directly from the chat. Once accepted, the client pays, and the amount is instantly transferred to your bank account. If the requested dates don’t work, invite the client to book an alternative date.
What is a Special Offer and how do I send one? 💰
We understand that some bookings may have special requirements that don’t fit your standard rates. In these cases, chat with the client to negotiate a custom price. Once you agree, send a special offer from the chat details. The client has 48 hours to accept and pay.

What commission does SpacePal charge?
Listing your space and receiving bookings is completely free on SpacePal. We charge the guest a 12% service fee based on the total booking amount, so you keep 100% of the price you set. 💰
How do I get paid?
All payouts are handled directly through the SpacePal platform and processed securely by our payment partner, Stripe. Payouts are issued via direct deposit.
