Relax! Listing and renting your space on SpacePal won’t cost you a dime. We don’t charge you anything, so there are no expenses or fees on your end.

However, we do charge guests a 12% commission when they book your place. This commission is automatically added to the price you set for the rental.

For example, if you list your space for $100 per hour, we will add $12 to that price. So, in the end, the guest pays the base price you set ($100 in this example) plus the $12 commission.
