Expired or canceled invitations, offers, and requests

It’s important to respond to guests within 48 hours, but if an invitation, special offer, or booking request expires, you have some options:

  • Send another special offer: It will be valid for 48 hours. Here’s how they work and how to send one.

  • Request another booking: Ask the guest to send another request for the desired dates and be ready to accept immediately.

  • Expired or canceled requests: If a guest cancels a request before you respond, they likely booked another space. If it was a mistake, just ask them to send a new request.
