Sending special offers is a great way to secure more bookings or simply brighten someone’s day! However, you might need to modify or cancel your offer. If the guest hasn’t accepted it yet, you can do so without any issues. Otherwise, you’ll need to send a modification request.
How to change a special offer
If you want to modify a special offer, first cancel it and then send a new one. The guest will receive notifications about the cancellation and the new offer.
How to send a new special offer
Click on Messages and open the guest’s message.
Click on Review Special Offer, then Withdraw Special Offer.
Confirm by clicking Yes, Cancel.
To send a new special offer, click on Special Offer.
Make any necessary changes to dates or price.
In Subtotal, enter the price for the entire booking.
Click Send Special Offer.
Keep in Mind:
The price should include all hours of the reservation.
Include any additional fees, like cleaning.
SpacePal may mark your calendar as unavailable if your account information is not up to date, so make sure everything is current.
The guest will be notified of the offer details, including taxes and service fees as separate items.
