What to do when a special offer expires

Did your guest not accept or reject your special offer within 48 hours? Don’t worry, you have options!

  • Send a new special offer to the guest. Life happens, and they might have missed your offer.

  • Ask them to send a new booking request. Once they do, you’ll have 48 hours to accept or decline it.

  • Skip sending a new special offer. Another guest will have the opportunity to book your excellent space.
