How to check if a guest’s reservation is confirmed

When a guest’s reservation is confirmed, you will receive a notification. You can also check its status directly on SpacePal:

  • Reservations Section – All confirmed bookings appear under the “Reservations” section of your account.

  • Messages Section – You can also confirm from the Messages section by checking the conversation with the guest.

  • Calendar View – Your calendar will reflect all upcoming confirmed reservations.

  • Payments & Earnings Section – All confirmed reservations are paid, and you can check the payment details in the “Payments & Earnings” section of your account.

If There Is a Reservation Modification Request

If the status indicates “Modification Requested,” the reservation is confirmed, but changes are pending approval from you or the guest.

You can:

  • Send a message to remind the guest to accept or reject the changes.

  • Accept or reject the modifications yourself.

If the Reservation Is Pending Payment

Sometimes, SpacePal may need to verify missing information, such as an expired payment method or guest identification.

In this case:

  • We will contact the guest to collect the necessary details.

  • You will receive an email once the reservation is officially confirmed.

Important: This status can temporarily block your calendar for up to 24 hours while we complete the verification process.

💡 Tip: Always check the “Reservations” section for the most up-to-date confirmation status and make sure the payment has been processed in the “Payments & Earnings” section.
