When you have a confirmed reservation, you will receive an email. You can also check your reservations, calendar, or messages with the guest to see if the reservation status is confirmed.
If there is a reservation modification request:
If the status indicates “modification requested,” the reservation is confirmed, but the host or guest is waiting for the changes to be accepted or rejected. You can send a message to remind the guest to accept or reject the changes or to accept/reject the changes yourself.
If the reservation is pending payment or guest identification:
SpacePal collects missing or outdated information (e.g., the expiration date of the guest’s payment method). We will do our best to confirm these details and may contact your guest for more information. You will receive an email once we can confirm the reservation.
Note: This status can block your calendar for up to 24 hours.
