If a guest requests a booking
Dates are automatically blocked when you receive a booking request until you accept, or decline, the request expires, or the guest cancels. If you accept, the dates remain blocked while waiting for payment or verification.
If a guest sends an inquiry
You can invite them to book, giving them 48 hours to accept or decline. The only way to make confirmed reservation dates available again is to cancel, which may incur fees or other consequences.
