How to Update Your SIM in Your Mobile Portal
If you have recently lost your SIM card or had it replaced, you will need to update the SIM information in your mobile portal. This will ensure that your device is connected to the correct network and that you can continue using your existing plan without any interruptions.
Step 1: Log into Your Mobile Portal
The first step is to log into your mobile portal. This is where you can manage your account, view your plan details, and make any necessary changes. If you are unsure of how to access your mobile portal, please refer to our article on how to log into your mobile portal.
Step 2: Select "Subscription Details"
After logging in, you will see a list of your active plans on the page. Select 'Subscription Details' for plan that you want to update the SIM number for.
Step 3: Select SIM you want updated
In the Subscription Details page, select the arrow next to your old SIM number.
Step 4: Enter your new SIM details
In the SIM Card details, select the arrow next to 'Replace your SIM' and follow the prompts to enter your new SIM number.
Once you have updated the SIM information, be sure to save your changes. This will ensure that the new information is saved and applied to your account.
