Inviting new users / adding new seats

How to invite a new member to your SparkReceipt account

First, you need to purchase additional seats from the Subscription and Billing section.

After that go to invite a new member, navigate to the ‘Account & Users’ section within your SparkReceipt web application, or mobile application dashboard and select ‘Invite Member’. Enter the invitee’s email address and choose their role from the dropdown menu before sending the invitation.

Please note that you need to buy an extra seat (from Subscription & Billing) for every new user you want to invite to your account. However, you can invite your accountant for free.

Here, you see how many seats you have, which equals the number of new members or users you can invite to your Account.
