Sometimes AI does mistakes and match receipt for wrong bank statement or credit card statement transaction and therefore it is not visible in the manual matching window.
If you don't find your receipt in the right window, it has already been matched to another transaction. Free your receipt from there, and you can then correct and match it against the right transaction.
