If you signed up for SparkReceipt using “Sign in with Apple”, Apple may have created a private relay email address for your account. This email looks something like:

randomstring@privaterelay.appleid.com

This is completely normal—Apple uses these email aliases to protect your privacy. However, if you’re trying to:

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Delete your account

  • Or make changes to your account settings

We need to confirm the email address that’s connected to your SparkReceipt account — and that might be the private relay address, not your personal email.

📧 How to Find Your Private Relay Email Address

Option 1: Check a SparkReceipt Welcome Email

  1. Open the inbox of the email account you use with Apple.

  2. Search for our onboarding email with the subject line:
“1/4 Welcome! Here’s important information to get started with SparkReceipt”

  3. Open that email and look at the “To:” address near the top.

  4. You should see something like:
    abcd1234@privaterelay.appleid.com

That’s the email linked to your SparkReceipt account. Please include it when contacting our support team so we can find your account quickly.

🧠 Why This Matters

Because Apple hides your real email when using Sign in with Apple, we only see the private relay address on our end. Without it, we may not be able to locate your subscription or account.

If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help walk you through it!
