The homeshare agreement will specify a length of stay that is mutually agreed upon by you and your host. This agreement can be terminated by either party without cause, provided that the termination date is the last day of a month and that the terminating party gives at least 30 days' prior written notice to the other party.
This means that if you or your host wish to end the agreement, you must give the other party written notice at least 30 days before the last day of the month in which you plan to terminate the agreement.
