We understand that plans can change. If you wish to terminate your agreement early, you can provide your host with 30 days' notice informing them of your decision. You can contact Sparrow for help doing this, and someone from our customer team will assist you.
Please note that if you decide to terminate your agreement early and your host has not violated any terms of the rental agreement, you will forfeit your rent deposit as a penalty for breaking the contract.
