To ensure prompt response to rent requests, follow these steps:
Check All Email Folders: Look in your main inbox and spam/junk folders for the rent payment email or e-transfer request.
Specify the Date: Our emails are sent 5 days before your rent is due. Be sure to check your email around that time.
Sender Address: The rent request email will be from SPARROW <notify@payments.interac.ca>. Consider adding it to your contacts to prevent it from going to your spam folder.
