How Do I Add a Note to an Order Within Magento?

Step 1

Navigate to the order within the admin site

Step 2

Make sure you are within the "Information" tab

Step 3

Scroll down and type your note within the "Comment" field

Step 4

Click "Submit Comment"

This order note will now be visible in the comments below the field as well as in the "Comments History" tab.
