To upload your media into Speak Ai, click the "Upload Media" button at the top right corner of your screen.

You can then choose to either:

Upload media through a file or URL

Once your file is uploaded, you'll be prompted to pay for your transcription and analysis:

Confirm payment for transcription and analysis.

Your subscription plan includes a set number of minutes per month (2 hours in the free trial).

If you have a sufficient balance in your account, your payment amount should be $0.

Remember to change the Source language of the file to get the transcription.

Click "Confirm and Pay," and Speak will transcribe and analyze your file.

You should see a confirmation screen when done:

Our automatic transcription gets the analysis within 30 seconds for a 1-hour file.

You can keep an eye on progress by going into the "Video" tab in your sidebar and clicking on the file you uploaded:

When your transcript and analysis are ready, you will receive an in-app notification and an email informing you that the request is complete.

Once your file is transcribed and analyzed, you can review and edit it as necessary.

On the file dashboard, the second tab allows you to review your transcript and navigate through your media file by clicking on the interactive text.

You can edit your transcript using the built-in transcript editor to bring it up to 99% accuracy.

Speak's in-app transcript editor allows you to edit your transcript easily.

The first tab lets you overview all your file's important words and entities.

You can edit these categories to remove specific irrelevant words or even delete entire categories.

When you are ready to share your content with the world, you can easily export and share it differently.

You can export your content in multiple formats:

You can export your transcript and analysis as a doc or PDF if you want your transcript and analysis.

If you want to add captions or subtitles, export it as a VTT or SRT file.

You can also export your file as-is.

Sharing your content

It's easy to share your content with Speak. Just hit share to generate an SEO-friendly, interactive media player that contains your insights and transcript.

You can customize your player with various options, including adding background images, your logo, and matching your brand colour. Integrating the Speak player with your existing brand guidelines makes it simple.

Other customizations include making the player privately or publicly accessible, searching engine indexing, and choosing which insights categories to display.
