Housed within Transactions, you can also browse for additional insights across Funding Rounds, Acquisitions and IPOs. These datapoints are updated on a weekly basis, helping you stay on top of the market as events are taking place. Here is how you can leverage each of these supplementary sections:

Funding Rounds

You can use this section of the database to consult recent and historical Funding Rounds, using the filters to focus on specific Companies, Investors and other Deal Info to search for what you need.

You can also interact directly with the Company Signals and Investors linked to each Funding Round, so explore other relevant data points in more detail.

Acquisitions

You can use this section to find acquisitions by Company Name, whether they be the Acquirer, or the company being acquired (Acquiree). You can also search using Deal Info, focused on when the transaction took place, when it was announced, the price of the deal, and what kind of Acquisition took place:

  • Acquihire

  • Acquisition

  • Leveraged Buyout

  • Management Buyout

  • Merger

IPOs

Search for recent and historical IPOs in this section, where you can filter by a range of data points including IPO Date, the Company Share Price, Money Raised and Valuation, as well as which Stock Exchanged they are listed on.

You can also sort by Share Price, Valuation, and Money Raised to find notable IPOs.
