Step 1: Access Import List
Under Lists, click on 
. Import List serves as a quick way to personalise and grow your feed by uploading Talent, Companies, Investors, or Insiders of interest via
CSV.
Step 1a (Optional): Download Template
Download our CSV Template to format your file for smoother processing.
Step 2: Upload file and Import
Upload the CSV file by simply clicking the 
button or dragging and dropping. Specter will get back to you confirming the results of the Import.
Step 3: Import Output
Once processed, you’ll receive a breakdown like this:
Note: Definitions for the following data points:
Total valid entries: 19 valid domains provided
Matched companies: 18 domains feature in our feed
Duplicates: Domains provided are the same
Unmatched domains: 1 domain does not feature in our feed and to be automatically added in the next 24 - 48 hours
Step 4a: Save Matched companies into a new list
Under Do you wish to save matched companies into a List?, click Save into a List, type the name of your list under Create new List, and click Create List.
Step 4b: Save Matched companies into an existing list
Under Do you wish to save matched companies into a List?, click Save into a List, select an existing list under Add to List, and click Add to List.
Step 4c: Download Specter data
Under Do you wish to save matched companies into a List?, click 
to download Specter data of matched companies.
