If you want to view or edit your existing data sets, go to the Connection hub. Here you see all your existing datasets under your datasets.
Edit dataset
If you want to edit and existing data set, click on the dataset.
This opens a menu where you can edit the data.
Select the variables you want to use by checking/unchecking the variable on the left
Select the correct data format for each variable from the drop-down menu Data type
String: text
Date: date (most common date formats are usable)
Number: numerical value
Boolean: 0 or 1
Country: country code (e.g. GB or GBR, DK or DNK, DE or DEU)
File: link to the file's location
Select the identifier that is used to identify duplicates
Click on Save dataset
Inspect data
To inspect the data in the dataset, use the 3 dots in the upright corner of the dataset to open the menu and click on Inspect data.
Now you view the data in the data set and filter for specific entries.
View related processes
To view the processes that are related to the specific dataset, use the 3 dots in the upright corner of the dataset to open the menu and click on View related processes.
Now you can see the processes using the selected dataset.
See runs
To see the process runs of the specific data set, use the 3 dots in the upright corner of the dataset to open the menu and click on See runs.
Now you see all process runs related to the selected data set
Rename and delete data set
To rename a data set, use the 3 dots in the upright corner of the dataset to open the menu and click on rename.
To delete a data set, use the 3 dots in the upright corner of the dataset to open the menu and click on delete.
