1. Navigate to Process Engine > Process Runs
2. Select a process or search for a customer to see a full timeline of all historic executions
3. Process Runs History
When you are in a process, you can check its run history.
Click on "Run history" in the top right area.
This will open a panel view of all the process runs for this specific process.
