How to create and launch a loop

Loops are automated workflows that help you create remediation strategies to manage, close and escalate open alerts.

To create new loops open the Loops page, select the "Add new loop" button and enter a fitting name for this loop.

Configuring Loop Settings

Choose your loop source

Your loop will initiate when the connected end node of a parent process is reached. For example, the outcome of an "Enhanced Due Diligence" branch at onboarding or a "Collect up-to-date documentation" of a monitoring process.

To choose your loop source:

  1. Click on the loop settings node

  2. Choose the parent process you want to connect your loop to

  3. Select the end branch on the parent process

A loop can only be connected to one end node.


Set delivery channel

To initiate a loop, open Loop settings, navigate to Channel and choose Type:

  • Email: select the Recipient Field and point to the appropriate user email field to send the loop notification to each user individually

  • Internal Email: set an internal email to receive all loop notifications

  • API: Receive loop trigger loop via API

To send your users loop notifications via email, you will need to import recipients' emails in a dataset or collect it in an onboarding process.


Build your loop workflow

To add a new node into your workflow, click the "+" button:

Form Configuration

To add form fields for users to fill out:

  • Click the form editor icon to customize your review form

  • Add necessary form elements by dragging and dropping from the left panel

  • Arrange the form fields in your desired order

  • Click "Save form" when you're satisfied with the layout

  • Close the form editor

Service Integration

To add 3rd party verification, screening or spektr's AI services:

  • Access the Services section from the right panel

  • Add any additional services or integrations needed for your loop

  • Click the added serivce node and configure the service by following the instructions on the dialog window

  • Save your service configurations

Manual Review

To add manual reviews for your analysts:

  • Access the Services section from the right panel

  • Add the Manual Review node

  • Click the Manual Review node

  • Configure the analyst action

  • Save the analyst action


Launching Your Loop

  • Click the "Launch loop" button in the top-right corner

  • Review your loop configuration

  • Click "Publish version" to set your latest changes live
