The Routing step allows you to differentiate and route users based on rules or previous calculations.
To edit a rule group, you can choose the field from which the data is taken.
Click on the square in the middle, to choose an operator from the list.
If you use any mathematical operators, make sure the chosen field contains numerical values
You can also build more complex rules, using AND or OR operators. To change the connecting operator, click on the operator and select the operator.
You can add multiple rule groups (min. 2). Each rule group represents a different branch of the following process.
If multiple characteristics lead to the same outcome, use the OR operator to combine it into one rule group.
Click Save to add the routing step to the process
