Tags are used on spektr to mark and identify customer groups. They can be customized exactly to your needs and you can use them in many different ways, e.g. to mark risk levels, geographies, or other customer characteristics of a specific customer group.
To set-up custom tags, go to Platform Settings, and choose the Tags tab.
Here you can now create tags by selecting Add new tag.
Now you can select an icon via the arrow on the left, the color, and the name.
If you have already set-up some tags and want to create a similar tag again, just use the duplicate button, adapt what you want to change and click save.
