Add new Orchestration Process

Build rules to categorise your customers based on credit.

To add a new process go to Processes and click Add new process button.

Select Create an Event Orchestration Process.

Choose a name for the new process.


Then click on the process to set up a filtering rule.

Settings:
​
1. Select a dataset that you want to use as a base for the filter.

2. Set up the Event Customer Identifier and its connected Dataset.

3. Choose the event to set it up and Save:

  • Process run started

  • Process run ended

  • Payment made
