Using spektr you can create a great fluid form that you can fully adapt to your needs. Capture information and data in an easy way, and get the data verified by connecting the forms to services. There are a lot of options here, so let's have a look at the different types of fields that you can use to build these forms.

Conditional fields
A conditional field offers extra functionality. You can drag this field and use it as a "wrapper" for other fields. The action taken on one field will result in another action for a different field. For example: If a certain value has been picked in a ration button, a new field will be mandatory to be filled in as well.

WORKSPACE FIELDS


Build your own "workspace" fields.
Do you need specifc fields, but we do not have them predefined?
No problem, you can just create your own fields.
As you can see, you can create fields that can deal with

Text
Numbers,
Percentages,
Currency
(multi) Country data

Then you can choose to add specific choices through
Drop-down menu
Radio buttons
Check box

You can also add date fields.

Do you need to receive documents?
Have your customer upload an attachement through the file type.

You can add all of these fields and adapt them to your needs.
Just drag the fields and add the values you need.

​​CUSTOM FIELDS
You can also use the Custom fields to add specific fields.
Please note, that these fields can only be used for the specific process step you have placed them in. You can not use them later for another process. To have this, you will need to create Workspace Fields, that can be used for all process steps once created.


VISUAL ELEMENTS
Make your form look more visually pleasing.
You can add a Title, paragraph or divider to your form.
The title can be used to indicate certain blocks in the field. In the paragraph you can add extra information, and the divider can split up the blocks as well.


​FIELDS FORMATTING
When selecting a field, you will be able to view settings on the right and set a field to be pre-filled automatically if the data is available, and you can make a filed mandatory. Then the field is required to be filed out.
