Alerts Management

Monitor your alerts and take action on them to ensure your team is always on top of the situation.

To get an overview of your alerts, click on Alerts Management on the main page.


This will take you to the Alerts overview page:


Here you can see what specific actions should be taken or looked into for a specific client.

Add Comments:
In the Alerts, you can open an alert and write a comment there.

Alternatively, you can also open a specific customer’s details and use the Comments section. You can add notes there for everyone to read (for example, what you’re working on or what you’ve found).

Note: only spektr platform users with the status Editors can create and manage comments; Viewers can only read them.

There are different alert types such as Warning, Sanctions, Manual Review.

A status will show you if an action on a warning is open, in progress or resolved.
