In the Customer Management overview you can click on your clients to see more details. For this view, you can choose what data you want to have added to the Customer Details page. In order to do this. go to Platform Settings, and then go to Client Page configuration.
For Companies:
Go to Command Center under Companies.
Here you can add fields for Comments, Alerts, Documents, or connected services.
These will then show up in your Company Details.
You can do the same for Customer Details under Companies.
