Use any agreement or policies templates in your spektr modular process for your customers to sign in a secure and streamlined experience.
Follow up with the signature status directly in your customer profile.
Prepare your Scrive Document.
In order to send a document for signing, you will need to create a template for it. This always should be a .docx file.
Add field mapped tags to the document.
The tags are mapped to specific fields and will therefore fill out the data automatically in the document tha tthe signer will receive.
Example of mapped tags used in the .docx document.
Adding a Scrive step to your process.
Click on the + in the process and select Scrive from our "Services".
Then open the Scrive step.
Here you can upload your .docx standard file that you want to have signed.
Counter-signers:
If you need counter signers, you can add them next.
In Scrive, counter signers are parties added to a document workflow who sign the document after the initial party (e.g., a customer) has signed. They act as a secondary authority, verifying the document's authenticity and finalizing the agreement.
The counter-signers can have a role for Viewer, Aprrover or Counter-signer.
Viewer: Can access and view the document in read-only mode but takes no action on it.
Approver: Reviews and validates the document but does not sign it. Their approval is required for the process to finish.
Counter-Signer: Signs the document to confirm their agreement, often after another party has signed.
Signatory Filter.
In order for the signer to receive the document, you will need to have the "Signatory filter" set up. You select the correct signatory field, and set the value to "is true".
Field Mapping
Configure how text anchors map to data sources. Use placeholders like {d.company_name} in your document and map them to data fields like company_name below.
Lastly, set the eID up.
Check the box to Require eID authentication. The signer then has to sign with the eID specific for that country.
If the checkbox is not ticket, the signer will sign without the eID verification.
