It is possible to set up AI Alerts in spektr.
In your spektr workspace, navigate to the alerts page.
In the top right corner you will see the AI Alert Settings
Click on this.
A Pop-Up will show on screen, offering you several alert type options:
Sanction
Adverse Media
PEP
Warning
Read more about these Alert types and definitions in the Alert Definitions article.
Adjust how spektrAI should resolve each alert type by selecting an action:
Suggest Solution
Solve Hits
Do Nothing
Press SAVE when done.
AI Alert Output
The AI will now suggest one of the 3 matching options:
match
not match
human review needed (which is to say we allow the AI to admit it does not have enough information and its safer for a human to review the alert)
For each of these 3 decisions, the AI will also say how confident the AI is on that decision. This will also be displayed in the UI.
We only have 2 levels of confidence:
High confidence
Low confidence
Anything else goes into uncertain - "human review" needed.
So, basically, the AI will produce one of the following 5 answers:
match - High confidence
match - Low confidence
human review needed - Uncertain about the confidence
no-match - Low confidence
no-match - High confidence
In the attached screenshot below, the AI confidence in this result is on the top right corner (Low confidence), while the recommendation is shown on the bottom left corner (Match).
