If you're experiencing a white screen, you have a couple of options:

  1. Delete the cookies associated with Spike's website.

  2. Contact our customer support, which is available 24/7:

Delete cookies on a Desktop or PC:

  1. Click on the Lock or Info Icon: In the address bar on the left-hand side, you'll see either a lock icon (for HTTPS sites) or an information icon (for HTTP sites). Click on it.

  2. Click on 'Cookies and Site Data': In the dropdown, immediately click on "Cookies and Site Data". This will open a window showing you the cookies and data stored by the website.

  3. Choose and Remove Cookies: In this window, you can see the list of cookies associated with the website. Click on "Remove" or "Block" for each cookie or piece of data you wish to delete.

  4. Close the Window: Once you're done, close the cookies window and return to the website. You might need to refresh the page, or in some cases, log in again if it's a website that requires authentication.

Delete cookies on an IOS

  4. Choose the Time Range: Select the time range for which you want to delete cookies. To clear cookies for a specific website, you might need to choose "All time".

  5. Clear Data: Tap "Clear Browsing Data" at the bottom, then tap "Clear Browsing Data" in the popup to confirm.
