Attio Integration: Automatic Meeting Sync

Spinach AI now integrates seamlessly with Attio, allowing you to automatically update the meetings tab for contacts after each interaction. This integration ensures that your CRM always reflects the most recent AI-generated insights from your meetings.

What This Integration Does:

  • Automatically updates a meeting note for each contact after a Spinach AI-analyzed meeting

    • Syncs AI-generated meeting summaries directly to the contact's record as a note

    • Ensures your sales team has immediate access to the latest meeting insights

How to Set Up the Integration:

  1. Log in to your Spinach AI account and navigate to the Integrations page.

  2. Find Attio under CRM Integrations in the settings menu.

  3. Click Connect to Attio to start the integration process.

  4. You'll be redirected to Attio. Log in if necessary.

  5. Authorize Spinach AI by clicking "Grant Access."

Note: Admin privileges in Attio may be required for this setup.

What Gets Synced:

After each meeting analyzed by Spinach AI, the following information is automatically added to the contact's as a note:

  • Meeting date and duration

  • AI-generated meeting summary

Note: We will only add notes to contacts that already exist in Attio. If no contact is found, no summary will be added.

Conclusion:

By integrating Spinach AI with Attio, you ensure that your team always has access to the most recent and relevant meeting insights. This streamlined process eliminates manual data entry, reduces the risk of overlooking important details, and empowers your team to make informed decisions based on AI-enhanced meeting records.
