Connect your Google Calendar to easily add Spinach to your meetings.
Go to app.spinach.io and log in.
Click to connect your Google Calendar.
Select which meetings you want Spinach to join.
At the time of the meeting, join from the video link on the calendar invite.
Allow Spinach into the video call from the waiting room.
Troubleshooting
Make sure the email you're logged into Spinach with is the same one that's connected to your Google Calendar account, otherwise the integration won't be able to connect.
