Add Spinach to all your meetings and get intelligent summaries that surface action items, key decisions and connect the dots.

  1. Make sure that the meeting has a calendar event on your calendar, with the video link on the invite. Spinach can only join the video link via the calendar.

  2. Go to your Upcoming Meetings tab and toggle Spinach on.

  3. At the time of the meeting, join from the video link in the calendar and allow Spinach into the meeting from the waiting room.

  4. Spinach will automatically detect the meeting type.

  5. After the meeting, you'll get a summary in your inbox.

  6. Forward your Spinach summaries to your Teams channel using these instructions.

Troubleshooting:

  • Make sure to allow for "external guests" to join your meetings. If your Microsoft, Outlook or Teams account requires external participants to sign in, Spinach won't be able to join your meetings. Here are more details on how to change this setting.

  • Spinach needs to see all attendees on the meeting. Go to your web browser version of your calendar and go to your meeting invite. Click Response Options and make sure "Hide attendee list" is unchecked from your meetings.
