Send Spinach summaries to Google Drive

Welcome to the Pro Plan! One of our premium features is the ability to send a copy of the summaries to Google Drive. If you would like to get access to this feature and don't have a Pro Plan yet, subscribe here to get immediate access.

Integrate with Google Drive to receive meeting summaries as Docs.

  1. Go to the Settings tab in your dashboard.

  2. Click to connect Google.

  3. Your next meeting summary will get sent to a folder in your Drive.

  4. You can also select to have the video recordings exported automatically as well.

  5. You control permissions on who from your team can see the Spinach summary Docs. Simply go to your Spinach Google Doc page after the first summary is sent there, and allow access to whomever you like.

Your summaries are sent to Google Drive with private access and then you grant permission to other teammates, stakeholders and collaborators.

Use Cases:

  • Export all meeting notes to your knowledge base

  • Create visibility with stakeholders across multiple teams

  • Use APIs or Zapier keys from the exported summaries to your workflows

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure your Spinach email is the same one that's connected to your Google Drive account, otherwise the integration won't be able to connect.

  • If you still see an error screen when connecting, reach out to support at the green chat button below.
