Decided on a last minute meeting that wasn't on the calendar?
Started a meeting and then realized Spinach should be added?
If Spinach was on the call and left and you need Spinach back on? (see possible reasons why it left here)
Quickly add a new meeting on the calendar using the same video link that you're currently on. You can also duplicate the event directly from your calendar
Invite Spinach and other meeting participants to the new event, Spinach will join in 1-2 minutes. (You simply stay on the same video call).
You will receive 2 separate summaries
Here's why Spinach may leave a meeting:
Someone on the meeting removed Spinach
Someone joined the meeting in the first couple minutes and then ended the call, causing Spinach to think the meeting is over.
You start the meeting over 5 minutes late (Spinach joins 2 minutes before the scheduled meeting time and waits for 5 minutes for someone to join)
Someone moved Spinach back to the waiting room (this will result in a failed summary)
Pause Spinach from recording parts of the conversation with the Off the Record feature.
