To make Spinach more familiar to your team and represent your brand with clients, swap the in-meeting Spinach presence with your own logo or image.

Go to your dashboard -> Settings and add in your logo or image.
The image must be 500x500px and max file size of 3MB.
Running the Bot with Video Off
If you prefer a more subtle meeting presence, you can turn off the bot's video output entirely. When video is off, the Spinach bot will still join your meeting and capture notes, but instead of displaying a branded image or logo, it will simply show the bot's name with its camera turned off — just like any other participant who has their video disabled.
This is a great option if you want Spinach to blend in during meetings without drawing attention, or if your team prefers a cleaner meeting view without an additional video tile.
How to turn off the bot's video:
In your dashboard, go to Settings and find the Branding section. You'll see two toggles:
Enable meeting bot video output — Controls whether the bot displays a video tile in the meeting. Toggle this off to have the bot join with its camera off, showing only its name.
Enable meeting bot custom branding — Controls whether your custom logo or image is shown as the bot's video tile. This only applies when video output is enabled.

To run the bot with video off, simply toggle Enable meeting bot video output to off. The bot will still join and take notes as usual — participants will just see it listed by name with no video, the same way any person would appear when they turn off their camera.
