If you attempt to make a drink that results in nothing being brewed into your cup, this could of course mean different things. Please first check your Spinn App for any alerts/errors. Also check the front of your Spinn Maker for any icons that are lit up, needing attention - like the residue bin, drip tray, or water tank. It's also recommended that you check the 'About Device' section within the Spinn App to see if you are due or past due for a cleaning, descaling, or new water filter - as these could be inhibiting your brewing cycle.
