WiFi connectivity issues

If you are unable to establish a connection between your machine and WiFi, there are a number of things we advise you to check:

  1. Did the SSID / password change since you last connected? If so, please setup the connection again.

  2. Is there sufficient signal strength coming from your router? To ensure the router is properly functioning, try moving your Spinn coffee maker closer to the router / access point.

  3. Be sure to connect to a 2.4 GhZ network, NOT 5G.

  4. Be sure that you are connecting to wifi that requires a password.
