You can manage, change (upgrade/downgrade), or cancel your subscription directly in the Spinsight app:
Open the Spinsight app on your smartphone.
Go to Profile / User (or the menu) → Settings.
Open Subscription / Membership → Manage subscription.
You will be redirected to our payment provider Stripe.
There you can cancel your subscription, view your current billing period, and also view and download your latest invoice. Access usually remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
If you can’t find “Manage subscription” or something doesn’t work, please contact us. If you want, we can also cancel manually — we’ll just need the email address used for your Spinsight account.
