When a problem occurs, we show a warning in a pop-up on your display device. Most of these warnings inform you about an issue with the measurement device.

No internet connection
There is a network problem on your display device. It likely has no internet connection at the moment. Try reloading the page in the browser.

Measurement app setup incomplete
The display device was connected successfully. Complete the measurement setup in the measurement app. After that, you can use the display device to show live results and for training.

Measurement app not connected
Your display device cannot connect to the measurement app. Check that the app is running and that the measurement is working. Verify that the device ID in the app matches the device ID in the display device’s menu.
If the cause is unclear, redo the measurement setup and reconnect the display device via the QR code.

Measurement app battery low
The measurement device has a low battery. The measurement will end soon or may not start due to the low battery. Connect a charger to the measurement device.

Measurement app shaking detected
The measurement has started, but the measurement device is moving or shaking too much. Keep it steady. This can happen if you touch the device, move the tripod, or the floor is vibrating strongly. The measurement will resume after a few seconds.
