Yes, the Spinsight app can be used worldwide (even outside the shipping and subscription adress location) as long as there is a stable internet connection. The app requires an active connection to transmit measurement data and display analyses in real time.
We recommend a fast data connection via Wi-Fi. However, a good mobile data connection is usually sufficient. If the connection is slow or congested, measurement results may be delayed.

The installation of the app and its availability in the App Store may be restricted depending on the country. The country registered in the App Store is decisive here. This is usually the home country or the country of the credit card used in the App Store.
In some countries, internet traffic may be restricted or slowed down. If unexpected connection problems occur, using a VPN connection to Europe may help.
