Your POA document must:
- Clearly display your full name and residential address 
- Be issued within the last 90 days (3 months) 
- Show the issue date and issuer’s logo or name 
- Be uploaded as a high-resolution colour image or PDF 
- Show all four corners, without cropping or blur 
Accepted Proof of Address Documents
Here are the most commonly accepted types of POA documents:
Utility Bills
- Electricity 
- Gas 
- Water 
Telecom Bills
- Landline phone 
- Mobile phone 
- Internet services 
Government or Official Letters
- Tax statements 
- Benefit or pension statements 
- Any official correspondence from a government agency 
Insurance Letters
- Home insurance 
- Car insurance 
- Health insurance 
Bank or Credit Card Statements
- Must include your name, address, date, and bank logo 
- For credit cards: only first 6 and last 4 digits should be visible; others must be masked 
Note: Revolut and other virtual bank statements are only accepted if they meet all visibility and validation requirements
Payslips
- Must show your name, address, issue date, and company logo 
Medical Bills or Correspondence
- Must include the healthcare provider’s name or logo, and your personal details 
Digital Government Services (Available in Some Countries)
In countries like Finland, we may also accept:
- A PDF or desktop screenshot from a government site (e.g. Suomi.fi / DVV) 
- It must display the URL, timestamp, your full name, and address 
Name Doesn’t Match?
If your ID and POA show different names (e.g. due to marriage or legal name change), submit one of the following alongside your POA:
- Marriage certificate 
- Divorce decree 
- Official document confirming name change

- Upload high-quality, colour scans or clear smartphone photos 
- Avoid cropping, blurring, or editing the file 
- Ensure all corners of the document are visible

Unaccepted Documents
To avoid delays, please do not submit:
- Handwritten letters 
- Screenshots of app dashboards without full details 
- Expired or outdated documents 
- Loyalty card letters or marketing emails
