Every completed session creates a unique sigil. A sigil keeps the plan it was created on for good — free sigils stay greyscale in the app, Plus and Calm demo sigils stay in colour. Share cards are always in colour on both plans.
Subscribing later does not convert previously created Free sigils to colour.
Cancelling Spiral Breath+ does not remove the colour from sigils created while your Plus subscription was active.
Share Cards are always full colour
Share Cards are full colour on both Free and Spiral Breath+.
This means a sigil that appears in greyscale inside the app can appear in full colour on its Share Card. This is intended.
The Breath Map
The Breath Map is a constellation-style visualization of your practice.
You can find it under:
Breath Journal → Breath Map
Each recent session is represented as a star.
• Angle represents when the session occurred
• Distance from the centre reflects the session's coherence
• Size reflects session length
The Breath Map also marks practice streak milestones at:
• 3 days
• 7 days
• 14 days
• 21 days
• 30 days
• 60 days
• 90 days
Connecting trails can appear between consecutive practice days.
Each star follows the same colour rule as the sigil it came from. A star from a session recorded on Free appears grey; a star from a Spiral Breath+ session, or from the Calm demo, keeps its colour permanently. So a Breath Map on the free plan is often a mix of grey and colour rather than entirely grey.
What happens to older sessions
The main session history keeps your most recent 1,000 sessions.
When the main history exceeds that limit, older session information is moved into the app's long-term archive representation. On the Breath Map, that older practice contributes to the background glow rather than appearing as individual session stars.
Your most recent 1,000 sessions remain individually represented in the main session history.
