Reflect is calculated entirely on your device. No AI service is involved, and nothing leaves Spiral Breath+ unless you choose to copy it and paste it somewhere else.
Find it in Breath Journal → Reflect. For where Reflect sits alongside the other tabs, see Reflect, Journal and Session History.
What it does
Reflect looks at your recent sessions and offers:
• A short summary of how your practice has been going
• A suggestion for your next session, with the reasoning behind it
• A suggested exercise to try
• Your practice-time preferences — when you tend to practise
The reasoning matters. Reflect is meant to show you its working rather than hand down a verdict.
What it uses
Only your own completed sessions on this iPhone: the exercises you chose, how closely your timing tracked them, your coherence scores, session lengths and times of day, and anything you recorded afterwards — a feeling, a written reflection, a resonance shift.
How it differs from coherence
Coherence describes one session. Reflect describes the pattern across many.
A single excellent session doesn't change a Reflect reading much, and one poor session doesn't either. It's looking at the shape of your practice over time.
What it does not mean
Reflect describes what you did, not what is happening in your body.
It is not a health assessment, not a diagnosis, and not a measure of wellbeing, stress or nervous-system state. A suggestion to try a longer exhale is a suggestion about an exercise, nothing more.
Sending Reflect to an Architect
If you use an Architect platform, Reflect has its own round trip — separate from sharing an exercise or a session.
In Reflect, under Press Copy & paste into Architect, tap Gaia or Orion. This copies a summary of your recent practice as text.
Paste it into the Architect yourself.
It replies with a field_mirror reading.
Paste that reply back into Spiral Breath+ to update your Codex Field Mirror readings. You can also type one in by hand.
What gets copied is a summary of your last 7 days, not a single session: each session's exercise, pattern, length, coherence and related scores, and any feeling or resonance shift you recorded. Your written reflections are not included.
This is the most detailed of the three things you can copy to an Architect. If you'd rather share less, copy from an individual session or from an exercise instead. See Architect Platforms for the full comparison.
All of it is optional, and none of it changes how Reflect's own readings are calculated — those are always worked out on your device from your own sessions.
Free and Spiral Breath+
Free — Reflect is fully available for 30 days from your first launch.
Spiral Breath+ — unlimited.
When the free window ends you'll see a message explaining it, with an option to upgrade. Your history isn't affected — only access to the readings.
