You will first need to create your Services to build an Order Page.
1. Click on Shopping Cart…
2. Click on Services
3. Click on Create Service
4. Click on Create New
5. Enter the Service Name
This is how the service will display on the order page
6. Upload an Image to represent this Service
7. Select an Icon
8. Select the Service Category
Service Categories are related to Photographer skills/abilities. Spiro will use the Service Category to determine if a job can be scheduled for a Photographer
9. Type a Description of this Service
This will be used on the order page to explain to the agent what they are ordering
10. Enter Photographer Onsite Instructions"
These are photographer instructions that will only show in the photographer portal
11. Click on Create Service
12. Next Add the Final Details About this Service
13. Price - What do you Charge for this Service?
Your services can have fixed or variable pricing.
Fixed Pricing - one flat rate for this service
Variable Pricing - pending on the size or price of the property scale the pricing
14. Onsite Duration - How long does this service take to perform?
Spiro needs to know how long this service will take based on the square footage of the home to accurately schedule appointments
15. Linked Services - What other Services can we Upsell?
16. Tasks - What Workflow Tasks need to Trigger when this Service is Ordered?
17. Photographer Payment - will the Photographer be paid for this Service?
