Marketplace eligibility can differ depending on whether you're buying or selling.
Selling
Entrants can list eligible entries for sale, subject to the Marketplace trading windows.
Buying
Purchases are only available to members located in an allowed jurisdiction who also meet Splash's standard account, verification, and eligibility requirements.
Making an offer
You must have sufficient funds available in your Splash wallet to make an offer. Both cash and credits can be used.
Members outside an allowed jurisdiction may still be able to list an eligible entry for sale even though they cannot purchase entries
